1: When I choose 2-3 flavors, are the flavors separated?
  Yes, the individual flavors are separated by dividers.
2: May I order only one (1) flavor?
  Yes, some customers do.
3: May I designate a specific delivery date?
  You may designate a SHIPPING date as far as thirty (30) days into the future. Delivery dates can not be selected. However, we do guarantee Overnight, 2nd day and 3-day delivery services to arrive within the specified time frame. Please see are shipping information under the Customer Service tab of our web site.
4: Will the gift recipient receive any paperwork showing the cost of the product?
  No pricing is shown on the Packing Slip the gift recipient receives, only a product description and a gift message (if included) is listed.
5: May I send a message with my gift?
  Yes. You will be prompted during the ordering process.
6: How is my order delivered?
  All orders are shipped via UPS. Services available include: Ground, 3-Day Delivery, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver (by 3pm), and Next Day Air (by 10:30am).
7: What happens to the package if the gift recipient is not home/or available?
  We have an agreement with UPS to leave the package at the recipient’s location using the driver’s discretion.
8: I don’t have a credit card, can I still place an order?
  Yes, please contact Customer Service, Toll-Free 1-800-873-2686.
9: Do you ship outside of the United States?
  No, with the exception of Canada.
10: How can I find out the status of my order?

11: I received a tin as a gift and I would like to order more popcorn, but I don’t need another tin. Can I order only the popcorn?
  Yes, we offer refill bags in all 27 flavors in our 1 gallon, stay-fresh, resealable bags. Visit "Just The Corn, Please!" to order and to find out about quantity discounts for each flavor category.
