Shipping Restrictions and Costs:
Shipments are made by UPS. Please provide us with complete address(es), (rather than P.O. boxes). If no street address is provided, items may be shipped via parcel post. Shipping rates are per item. If multiple items are shipping to the same address shipping discounts may be available. Please call 1.800.873.2686. - Ground Shipping $8.95 Orders place before 2:00 CST will be shipped same day and will arrive in 4-5 business days. Ground Shipping times are not guaranteed.
- 3-Day Delivery $16.95 Orders place before 2:00 CST will be shipped same day and are guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days.
- 2nd Day Air $24.95 Orders place before 2:00 CST will be shipped same day and are guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days.
- Standard Overnight $34.95 Orders place before 2:00 CST will be shipped same day and are guaranteed to arrive by the afternoon of the next business day.
- Priority Overnight $39.95 Orders place before 2:00 CST will be shipped same day and are guaranteed to arrive by 11:00am of the next business day.
When counting business days do not include Saturday and Sunday. The business day after your ship date is considered Day 1. For example, if you place your order on Friday before 2:00pm CST and it takes 3 business days to get to your chosen destination the gift will arrive by Wednesday. Alaska and Hawaii shipments are $24.95 per item (sent second-day air). Allow 2-3 business days. APO and FPO are $12.95 per item. Please call customer service at 1.800.873.2686 to place your order. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Shipments to Canada are $45.95 per item and may be placed through our secure online store.
Tax Information:
Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to gift recipients outside Illinois. All orders shipped to Illinois addresses will be charged a 9.75% state sales tax.
