Review Writing Guidelines
Popcorn Palace wants your comments to be heard! Reviews are a great way to share your thoughts and opinions on our products with other customers like you!
Please be advised there is a 1,000 word maximum on reviews. The recommended length is 75 to 300 words.
What to include:
Your review should focus on the product. The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a product, but what made it stand out.
What not to include:
Popcorn Palace is proud to provide this forum for you to air your opinions on our products. While we appreciate your time and comments, we respectfully request that you refrain from including the following in your review:
- Commenting on other reviews visible on the page. Other reviews and their position on the page are subject to change without notice.
- Profanity, obscenities, spiteful remarks, and any language or remarks that promote hatred or intolerance.
- Single-word reviews. We want to know why you liked or disliked the product.
- Phone numbers, mail addresses, URLs.
- Availability, price, or alternative ordering/shipping information.
- Solicitations for helpful votes.
Any review in violation of these guidelines will not be posted.

By submitting your e-mail address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that Popcorn Palace and its third party service provider may contact you about the status of your review and for administrative purposes.
